This is a question that seems to be overlooked. A person with the desire to investigate things that are unknown and without explanation, and would like to be able to try to find a real life reason and truth about what is going on in a investigation. What you can't be is blinded by stories and go into a hunt with the pre-conceived notion that the stories are true and that a place is haunted because someone else says so. Also you have to have your emotions in check. Sometimes there are things that will scare the ...out of ya, well you know what I mean. A good ghost hunter knows that you need to leave some emotion on the door step when working in this field and be prepared try to find a good solid piece of evidence to conclude your end report.
